Digital Products — All Sales Final

All products sold on shevisitsplaces.com are digital downloads including PDF travel guides, interactive Google Maps and bundles. Due to the instant and non-returnable nature of digital goods all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

We do not offer refunds on digital products except in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged twice for the same product
  • You never received your download link after purchase
  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible

How to Request Support

If you experience any technical issue with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours at hello@shevisitsplaces.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve it promptly — either by resending your download link or providing a working file.

Custom Itineraries

Custom itinerary services are non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to cancel a custom itinerary request please contact us before work starts and we will issue a full refund.

European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union please note that by completing your purchase you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.
